    Fragile & Liquid Item Delivery is a service that delivers items that are fragile and liquid in nature. Because of the sensitivity of the quality of the product, we will ensure the protection of the products during delivery. Merchants are guaranteed full credit for parcels booked via this service.

    The term "fragile products" refers to packages that are prone to breaking. Fragile refers to a material or construction that is delicate and needs special handling. The term "liquid objects" refers to goods that are liquid in nature. Fragile and Liquid items include but not limited to the followin:

    ⦁ Cosmetics Products
    ⦁ Handicraft Items made of wood and bamboo.

Damage/lost issue:

  • 17. What is the compensation for the damage/lost products?

    In case of lost and damaged parcels or courier, you must inform us immediately. Once we receive your complain, we will thoroughly investigate the matter as soon as possible. This process will take minimum of 5 working days. If any parcel is lost or damaged, Courier @ Home will be responsible for full compensation of the parcel.

  • 18. When should I inform you if an item is lost or damaged?

    Any missing or damaged objects must be reported to us as soon as they are discovered. It may happen during delivery or upon return. We limit the amount of time you have to raise a problem to 5 days.

  • 19. What type of products are not covered by the compensation/ refund system?

    If the product is damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, there will be no refund. The refund scheme does not extend to liquid products such as ghee, honey, gasoline, or any glass bottles that have been destroyed.
    In addition, if the product being shipped is defective from the start, the consumer must inspect it in front of the rider and return it. Complaints of any type are not necessary after a satisfactory home delivery or return.
